Query counts and the ones that run per row, cache hit rates, payload sizes, render-blocking work, and the crawl side — what search engines can reach, what they are told about it, and where the structured data disagrees with the page it describes.
What lands on your desk
One document, ordered by what it costs against what it returns, with the evidence for each finding attached. Not two hundred issues from a scanner. If three things account for most of the problem the report says so and puts the rest in an appendix, because a list nobody can act on is the same as no list.
Why the fix is quoted separately
An auditor who is also selling the repair has a reason to find more work. So the audit is priced on its own and finishes on its own. If you want me to implement the findings that is a separate conversation, and taking the document to your own team or another firm is a completely normal outcome.
